The Grand Finale of Opulent Models South Africa (OMSA), formally known as Top Model South Africa, the most prestigious model search in the country will be held on Thursday 22 August 2024 in the SunBet Arena at Time Square Pretoria and is hosted by Johan Ungerer Signature Events and Time Square, and proudly fueled by XSTROX.

In 2024, the OMSA competition marks a significant milestone in its illustrious journey. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, OMSA has come a long way, evolving into a powerhouse in the South African modeling industry. With the theme "Domination", OMSA sets the stage for an unforgettable celebration and a testament to its continual growth and success and will be tangible in every aspect of the competition. Fashion will take centre stage, entertainment will be captivating, and models will have to showcase their prowess to dominate the runway. "Domination" serves as the driving force behind every element of the competition this year.

The Show

The journey of OMSA over the last ten years is a remarkable story of growth and adaptation. From its humble beginnings in a hotel conference room with only 20 finalists, OMSA has grown exponentially. This year 245 finalists will dominate the runway in a grand finale show attended by nearly 5000 people in one of South Africa's largest entertainment venues. Beyond the growth in scale, OMSA has expanded its categories to provide diverse opportunities for models. From runway models to editorial models and fitness models, OMSA has created a platform for everyone.

Jasper Daniel Van Zyl Botha, our Runway Male category winner for 2023 won the Beach Body Award and the Back Stage Team Award at the 2023 Top Model Worldwide competition. Further, our 2022 Men’s Open winner Fuad Williams, was crowned as Mr. South Africa 2022.

Tickets

Exclusively available from Monday 4 March 2024 on iTickets, with general seating tickets at R310.00pp or limited VIP tickets at R1250.00pp to choose from. VIP tickets will give you access to VIP Parking and Entrance, VIP Red Carpet Arrival, VIP Experience, VIP Photo Booth, VIP Seat at a table next to the Runway. VIP ticket holders will also be treated with a delicious three course dinner catered by Time Square.
