#Learn how to work with influencers
Choosing Influencers can be broken down into a strategy that connects back to your objectives such as target, reach and engagement. Having influencers from a variety of industries such as fashion and beauty proved to be a major success so why not?
#1: Typical Micro Influencers
These are influencers that have a lot of reach, meaning that their audience is small, between 500- 10 000 followers but their engagement is high. As a result, they are more likely to motivate their followers to take the desired action without seeming overly promotional. Activate these influencers with a free in-salon treatment for them to post about on their social media pages.
#2: The Client who can be your influencer
These are good influencers to have, because they are the same age as your target; they have beautiful hair and share common interests. Activate these influencers by providing special pricing with in-salon treatments and encourage before and after pictures to post on their social media pages.
#3: Your Staff can be your salon Influencer
Your staff are one of your best advocates and assets. Always encourage upskilling teaching the best techniques to your stylists. Encourage them to share their work on their own social media pages and tag the salon social media page! How To videos or Live Master classes are a good example.
This one is a special case in the time we find ourselves. Constantly post about your salon hygiene procedures on ACCESS to reassure your clients that their safety is always number one priority. To take advantage of this click HERE
